PSN User Loses $12,500

Since the recent attack on the Playstation Network, users have been worrying about their credit card information being stolen. Sony had said their credit card info was safe but one user has found out otherwise.

A GAF user, Progmetal, said he noticed a transaction of $12,500 from his credit card that is connected to his PSN account. Soon after he saw the transaction, he called his credit card company and closed his card.

Other forum users asked him to show proof of the transaction in which he posted a picture of his bank account.

His currency is Norwegian Kroner, the transaction amounted to 74720 Norwegian Kroners ($12,500 U.S.).

I hope there are no more users who's information has been stolen but I wouldn't be surprised if we do hear a similar story.
